When you install and use Ninja Auto Tagger, we access only the necessary store data required to provide our core functionality — auto-tagging and untagging orders based on merchant-defined rules.

• Store information (Shop name, domain)
• App usage analytics and feedback
• Session data (for authentication and user experience)
• Rules created by the merchant within the app

❌ We do not:

• Store any customer personal data (names, emails, addresses, etc.)
• Store any Shopify customer or order content in our database
• Store any webhook payloads from Shopify

All order-related data is processed in-memory and used only to evaluate rules created by the merchant for tagging or untagging orders.

2. Data Storage

We only store the following data:

• Tagging rules created by the merchant
• App settings and preferences
• Feedback submitted by the user
• Session data and basic analytics (for performance and UX improvements)

None of this data includes personally identifiable customer information.

3. Use of Shopify APIs and Webhooks

Our app uses Shopify's official APIs and webhook system to detect new or updated orders. While we receive data from Shopify through these systems:

• Webhook payloads are processed in real-time
• Webhook data is never stored in our database

4. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools (such as analytics platforms or email providers) for performance monitoring and communication, but we never share customer or sensitive store data with them.

We take data security seriously. All data is transmitted securely via HTTPS and stored securely with restricted access.
